Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final — but I want you to be truly happy with your order!
• If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
• I'll gladly work with you to make it right.

Photos & Lighting

• Every piece is individually photographed and listed exactly as shown on my website.
• Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in the stone/material. I always do my best to represent each item as accurately as possible!

Conditions

• To be eligible for a resolution, items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Please include clear photos of any damage or packaging issues when reaching out.

Crystals & Natural Variations

• Many of my items are one-of-a-kind or made from natural materials.
• Slight differences in color, pattern, or shape are completely normal — and part of what makes each piece special!
• Natural inclusions, color variations, and minor surface imperfections are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven't been processed yet.
• Once your order is packed and ready to ship, cancellations are no longer possible.

Size & Measurement Expectations

• All measurements are provided in product descriptions and are as accurate as possible.
• Please review size details carefully before purchasing, especially for jewelry items.
• I'm happy to provide additional measurements or photos if you need them before ordering!
